စာျမီး

စာ ျမီးစရာ...

Above all, although I have never met her, the deepest gratitude is due to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi who is the inspiration behind all current Burmese protests against a corrupt and atrocious regime. Her doctrine of non-violence, her life-long espousal of Buddhist principles and perhaps above all her undaunted courge, have been and continue to be the well-spring from which the Burmese people are able to be refreshed and in turn are given the fortitude to carry on their lives in the midst of threats of violence, daily hardships and the ever-present and real danger of torture, and imprisonment without trial. They are the real Pecock's Children in the Golden Land.
